For the 13th edition of , the community came together in New Orleans for an afternoon of honest conversations, shared experiences and a reminder of the power of coming together as one industry.

Led by an incredible group of mentors, this year’s Mob explored the challenges facing our industry, the importance of breaking down barriers and how we can continue to support one another through change.
