# # # RedCo is Ruining the Reputation of Our Ski Resort!
Dear friends and colleagues! As the owners of the restaurant at our beautiful ski resort, we cannot stay silent when RedCo's actions are damaging our entire reputation. Today, the apartment owners received yet another letter from RedCo, where they justify tariff increases with some fabricated non-payments. This is outrageous! They cut off hot water to the entire village again this spring, including to those who have paid. This is unacceptable!
RedCo keeps offering new projects to investors, promising wonderful conditions. But they don’t mention that they can completely cut off the water supply under the pretext of lost payment receipts, to lower the ratings of those who don’t rent through their management. And the worst part is, they unilaterally double the service costs as soon as you become their client.
Business representatives cannot stand by when such actions are destroying the reputation of our resort. This resort is the calling card of Georgia's ski industry for foreign investors! Their suggestion to find an alternative management company is just a distraction. The land and pipes still belong to RedCo. The Antimonopoly Committee will always side with "their own." So, think twice before investing in their new projects, especially considering the new property tax for foreigners in Georgia.

Как представители ресторана #Эскимос на нашем прекрасном горнолыжном курорте, мы не можем молчать, когда произвол со стороны компании RedCo наносит ущерб всей нашей репутации. Сегодня собственникам апартаментов снова пришло письмо от RedCo, где они оправдывают повышение тарифов какими-то вымышленными неуплатами. Это возмутительно! Они снова этой весной отключали горячую воду всему поселку, в том числе оплатившим. Это недопустимо!
