Day 19 of is 'Silver Linings'. Because of stepping back a bit from my little business a couple of times over the last year its given me some brain space to try and diversify and try new things of what I can produce.
Welcome...Bertha my big and beautiful heat press! As I have had some extra time Ive been trying out tote bags, tshirts and even babygrows and bibs for a vey special little arrival of my bestie's baby girl this year!

Day 15 of is 'focus and priorities' a pretty easy one in this current situation. Just getting through with everyone I love happy and healthy. Work-wise this means for me just doing designs as and when I have the energy and brain-space but trying to keep things ticking along.
The pic is a stunning rainbow I took over my street a couple of days ago. A reminder of the sunshine after the rain. Take each day as it comes. Focus on whats important and the rest will follow 🌈

Catching up on Day 12 of and the prompt is 'In use'. Please excuse the bed-head but Saturday morning coffee in bed is a must! I'm using one of my test mugs I designed of course featuring my boy Begbie.
I invested in a sublimation printing setup before Christmas and honestly I love it! I design and print mugs with your doggies on and am developing a small range of new designs.
The dog mugs have been incredibly popular, they make great personalised gifts 🎁

Day ten of is 'Detail'. This is what I absolutely LOVE about designing your doggy portraits, the detail of what makes your pup unique. Those scruffy tufts, eyes full of character and lets not forget those snoots! I have lost count of every dog I have drawn but each one is special and I just love that no two doggy noses are the same!

Day 9 of is 'Learning curve' and in true Bob Ross style its important to remember we don't make mistakes, just happy little accidents.
As I have my small business alongside my full time job which is also in design, I have often felt like I just need to divide myself up and be in 4 places at once. I soon realised I couldn't do it all and have to remind myself that this side business is such a luxury and I am fortunate enough to be able to ease off the gas if I need to.
I have designed lots of things that have never sold. And I try not to be disheartened and move on. As long as I am happy with what I produce then thats good enough for me!

Day 5 of is newest make. And yes I am on the hard sell 😂 I came up with this design a couple of days ago after scouring the internet for card for my Mam (not mum) so a solution to my own problem was realised!

💜 Be quick if you want one I only have 16 left and is telling me it's in 10 people's baskets!

💛 This has also given me a kick up the bum to continue to develop my greetings card range. I have lots of designs but need to put them into proper 'collections'
