Today, we say thank you and see you soon to chef Lokesh!

Our Training & Openings Chef, has been with us long before the doors opened and has played an invaluable role in shaping The Potter's Heron into what it is today.

Your dedication, work ethic, passion and unwavering commitment have inspired every member of our team. You have led by example, shared your knowledge generously and helped create a culture that we are incredibly proud of.

A simple thank you doesn't quite capture the gratitude we feel for everything you have done, but it comes from the heart.

From all of us at The Potter's Heron, thank you, Chef. You will be greatly missed, and we hope this is not goodbye, but see you soon.
