Open 365 days a year as always, no breaks for Jesus 💪🏼

And as we are so nice, and to pay tribute to big J who gave out the loaves and fishes, have some free training if your usual gym is closed, everyone is welcome, it's Christmas after all 😎

Feel free to bring your children if you want to, get out of the house for a bit, reclaim some sanity perhaps? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Having women discover the amazing benefits of strength training and feeling comfortable doing so, was one of the big 'musts' when opening the gym.

Over the years we've had hundreds of women transform not only their bodies but their lives as a result of new found confidence, connections etc

My daughter has been coming to gyms with me since she was 4 years old, so at 19 they are normal for her.

But if you have any kind of anxiety about trying a gym, then maybe this will help?

After talking with a friend of mine tonight, I realised something, and thought I'd make a quick post about it.

This photo was taken 7 years ago, the person on the bench is , having some soft tissue work done due to back pain.

The point is, that when I recommend I do so from a place of knowledge and experience, I understand what is happening, not just the feel of the end result.

Many of you were not in the gym 7 years ago, so don't know much about me, so I felt it right that I clarify that I don't just 'think' Wayne is good, I 'know' Wayne is good, which is why he is now associated with the gym, something I have let very few people be over the last 9 years at that's my reputation on the line if they are poor, and I take that more seriously than you can imagine 👌🏻

The Rogue Ohio Power Bar, in my opinion, the best power bar on the market.

We also have the Rogue Deadlift bar, which is slightly longer, thinner, and has more 'whip' once the weight gets heavy.

I judge a gym by it's bars, not it's shiny machines, they are the foundation.

Along with the above, we have the Texas Squat Bar, a classic 25kg, thicker bar, that does not bend or bounce when the weight creeps up.

The Earthquake bar for rehab and stabilisation, Ivanko hybrid bars, Rogue Safety Squat Bar, Olympic lifting bars with different bearings to allow for more spin.

We take this seriously, nothing is done by chance, everything is hand picked for a reason 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
