Award-winning drag thing F***y Bleach brings you THE NEARLY NAKED SHOW described as 'A Mighty Boosh and Leigh Bowery mash-up’ full of guts and glitter this fantastical freak show is a reclamation of the naked body in all its gory glory. Join cabaret, drag, performance art and comedy star F***y on a journey through the universe of her mind in all it’s creepiest corners and crevices, but please try to keep your hands inside the ride.

F***y is a geordie theatre maker, writer and drag thing. With a background in physical theatre, sketch comedy and drag, F***y prides herself on creating subversive, comical and grotesque work with the aim to intrigue and disgust an audience. The world can be bleak, so dressing up as a prawn once in a while and covering herself in mayonnaise feels like honest work.

F***y Bleach was crowned winner of drag competition Top Of The Slops season 3 and The Nearly Naked Show is her first solo show. She writes and performs for Newcastle based, all female comedy sketch group 'Your Aunt F***y' who are currently working on their first sitcom and radio play for Radio 4.

The Screaming Marys are taking over Alley Bar for a glorious night of drag kings, pints, air guitars, dad dancing, meat and two veg raffles and manly dance-floor bangers.

Expect live performances from the Marys’ king characters, working men’s club energy, pub crooners, dodgy blokes, football dads, and all manner of nonsense as the Alley transforms into a sweaty underground drag king dive bar for one night only.

Come dressed as your ultimate bloke -whether that’s a pub landlord, indie sad dad, greasy mechanic, football casual, rock star or creepy uncle at a wedding.

This is also a fundraiser supporting the Screaming Marys collective and celebrating the brilliant work of Trudi Jackson AKA Pat Riarchy, whose drag king workshops have helped bring this gang of strange men into existence.

Drag king masterclass with Trudi Jackson AKA Pat Riarchy

Trudi Jackson is a LAMDA-trained actor, writer, performer and coach with over 20 years’ experience in the industry.

They have worked across stage, television and film, with credits including The Libertine, Gavin & Stacey, Doctors and Being Human, alongside developing their work as a solo performer.

Trudi is also known for their drag king persona Pat Riarchy, performing at venues and festivals including The Comedy Store, The Roundhouse, the Edinburgh and Brighton Spiegeltent, Clapham Grand, The Glory, and Pride events across the UK.

A regular host and performer with Ramsgate’s radical cabaret collective Screaming Alley, Trudi now brings this wealth of experience to the Alley Bar to support others in building powerful, confident individual stage personas.

This workshop is about unlocking character, presence and performance - whether you’re stepping into drag or solo performance for the first time, or looking to deepen and refine your existing practice.

With a strong focus on both craft and care, Trudi creates a space where performers can take risks, explore identity, and develop work that feels exciting, authentic and true to them.

Expect practical tools, creative exploration, and a real boost in confidence - so you can step out feeling clearer, stronger, and more connected to your performance, whatever your starting point.
