Panko-breaded smoked haddock cakes with chilli & spring onion, and a dill tartare sauce. A light dish with just the right balance of smokiness & freshness.
🍴Lamb Rump (Main)
Pan-roasted Dorset lamb rump topped with a lavender and rosemary crumb, served with fondant potato, spring greens, and a rich redcurrant jus. This is a premium spring dish with deep, comforting flavours.
🍴Pork Loin (Main)
Chargrilled Duroc pork loin steak, served with bubble & squeak, broccoli, Dorset scrumpy apple compote, and a garden sage jus. A hearty, flavourful main with a beautiful balance of savoury and sweet elements.
