A glass on its own is lovely. A glass with a sharing board is better.

Corkk platters are selected to compliment our w**es and create the perfect chemistry of pleasure. A bit of delicious, flavourful local cheese, a bit of charcuterie, a tin of Cornish sardines bursting with flavour, crusty bread and the perfect glass of w**e to match.

Small pleasures make all the difference.

Last nights w**e tasting was very well received by all our attendees. We explored The Pinot Family and tried w**es from the Czech Republic, California, Australia, South Africa and of course, England. Most popular were the Ambriel Rose Brut and the Gnarly Head Pinot Noir.

Our next tasting is on Thursday 24 September, "Clash of The Counties" where we explore the different British Terroirs.

One of the great things about our enomatic tasting machines is the variety of w**es that we can have available for you everyday.

Today we have just put in a wonderful 2018 Rioja Gran Reserva.

It is a deep garnet red, very well balanced and silky w**e for you to enjoy.

Our machines pour a small mouthful (25ml), a small taste (50ml) and a small glass (125ml). Perfect for trying a few different w**es while enjoying the sun or having a break from the shopping.

Our first Tasting of the Autumn is next week, Thursday 10th September...

Meet the Pinot Family.

A tasting of the many different types and styles of w**es produced from, arguably the world’s best grape variety, Pinot Noir and its mutations.

Sounds a little unpleasant until you realise that the ‘mutations’ include Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, as well as Pinot Meunier. The w**es will come from England, France, Germany and further afield but all will carry the Pinot DNA.

Ever wondered how our Enomatic Tasting Machine works?

Pop in a card, choose your measure - a small taste (25ml), a small mouthful (50ml), and a small glass (125ml) - and the machine pours straight from the bottle, keeping every w**e fresh under argon gas.

It's the easiest and best value way to try something new.. We have 16 w**es available in the machine everyday. Mostly English, but with a few delicious international options as well. Here's a quick look at how it's done.
