Proudly holding two AA Rosettes, our menus reflect the changing seasons.

Our Swan December Party Menu runs all month, lunch and dinner: two courses for £40 or three for £48, each dish paired by our team with a w**e made a few hundred yards from your table.

Begin with a Tenterden Fizz: Chapel Down Brut lengthened with Aker English Aperitif.

Inside, the fire is lit and our chefs are cooking for the season. Maldon oysters under a gelée of Chapel Down Brut, Sutton Hoo chicken with a pig in blanket, dark chocolate mousse with a curl of orange. Bring your team, your family, or the friends you only catch up with once a year. 🦢
