This day a year ago, HOT began a journey into the unknown. I say unknown because we didn’t know what to expect or how our customers would receive what we were to offer.
Our hearts are full, to say the least, a year down and what a journey it has been, overwhelmed by the response, our highs and lows, we’ve come a long way. Learnt much and we continue to learn 🙌🏼
None of this would be possible without the dedication and persistence of our very own Head Chef 👩🍳
