Winter is over, the sun is out, which means it is time for a summer full of amazing festivals! 🌞🕶️💃🏼🕺

First up is one of our favs, Christchurch

Aside from having the best cocktail bar out there (😊), this event has a full day of food, live music & entertainment, a huge range of traders and kids go FREE.

January 40’s fun! 🪩💃🏼🕺🍹🍸

We are usually in hibernation now till the spring, but we couldn’t resist saying yes to running the bar at Nickie’s 40th birthday bash on Saturday night. We met Nickie and her husband at a food festival over the summer, they couldn’t get enough of our cocktails and so asked us to be part of the party!

The party had a 40’s theme and all the guests were dressed to impress in forties themed outfits, it was a super fun night. Our inside bar set up was the perfect fit for Milford Village Hall!

Another great day in Hammersmith, Mulled Wine and Hot Rum with Gingerbread Spiced Apple are just what is needed when you are outdoors shopping! 🍷 Thanks to our friends and family who popped in to see us, it is always lovely to have visitors ☺️

We have one more event on Dec 6th (North End Road Christmas Market) and then we are taking some time off till next spring (with the exception of a 40th Birthday Party on January that we couldn’t say no to! 🥳).

We have been so busy I am a little behind on posts, but I couldn’t wait any longer to share this gorgeous thank you note from our May bride, Jess! ❤️❤️

Jess and Gavin were so lovely to work with, it was a joy to bring to life their ideas and to make the day so special for their family and friends.

And a shoutout to for making the day a seamless experience for all!

📣 Shout out to Oli, the unsung hero from last weekend’s event at the Guildford Chilli & Cheese Festival! While I was struggling with a bad lower back, he basically did ALL the pre-event packing and then set up / pack down. With a small business, the show must go on no matter how you are doing, so I was grateful to have Oli pick up all the slack!

Guildford Festival was a bit a crazy one weather wise, going from torrential rain to glorious sunshine seemingly every few minutes. But the crowds came regardless, they wanted their Spicy Margaritas!! 🌶️

Our beautiful bride was the shining star of the day for sure, but we think the bar came in a worthy second at the wedding of Jess and Gavin last month! The guests loved the open bar service provided throughout the day, they knew how to party and we were delighted to make it such a good day for them 🕺💃🏼

💫 We are fully booked for this year, but drop us a DM if you are getting married next year and want to have an amazing bar and serving staff! We offer several options including pre-paid, cash and dry hire.

On Saturday we had the privilege of providing bar services at the most fantastic wedding of Jess and Gavin! It was such a gorgeous day, and we had a ball. ❤️

🥂Our champagne walls were filled with 80 glasses of the good stuff to kick off the drinks reception, with beer, wine, spirits and the bride’s favourite cocktail (the Hugo Spritz) also on offer. Our separate mobile bar was also set up with a couple of Guinness taps, where guests could pour their own pints.

🍻🍾We kept the vibes going until 11pm, and the party continued with a silent disco until 1am - how fun! 💃🏼🕺

I’ll share some more photos at a later date, but for now here a couple of snaps as the day was just getting started. 📸

I promised we would share our new summer cocktail recipes, and so here is the first one: 🍓The Strawberry Spitfire 🍓

We focus our cocktails on being simple to make (read: fast!) and delicious. The Strawberry Spitfire was added to the menu especially for the VE Festival in Eastleigh, with local Hampshire strawberries. Its name is a nod to the role Eastleigh played in the development of the Spitfire in 1936.

Enjoy it at your summer bbqs!

🍹🍸Cocktail creation day! 🍸🍹

I’ve been having fun in the kitchen today, perfecting our new cocktail recipes for the summer season. I’ll share the cocktails and my recipes soon, so you can follow along from home 😁

Events kick off in May and we are pretty well booked out until September 🎉 We have a handful of dates available later in the year, and are now taking bookings for summer 2026! 🌞
