Updated again 😂🫣: I forgot to add on that it also has a kitchen on site… one of the main questions I keep being asked on messages. It has a kitchen. And a ‘deli’ area with hot plates and coffee machine. It also has front and back beer garden

As I’m sure everyone is aware by now, the barnhouse has been closed for a few months…

I have been toying with re-opening & running it myself but i just have far to many commitments & don’t have the time to deal with everything that comes with running a pub; it is quite literally a lifestyle 🫣😂.

If anyone is interested in renting the pub please drop us a private message and we will get back to you when we can. It is a freehouse so you are able to buy your beer from anywhere. There is a buy in fee ( ie fixtures & fittings ). Function room upstairs that we would also consider renting out separately for an alternative use ( ie office area).

Will possibly consider selling the building, cash offers listened too. The building & grounds would be an ideal development opportunity.

Huge earning potential in the right hands but as stated, is a life choice.
