🌞 Sunset Salsa Southport 🌞

Welcome to Sunset Salsa Southport - founded with the intent to bring inclusive dance to people of all backgrounds and ages in a safe open environment based in the northwest we welcome all people to our salsa classes and events. Our salsa teacher Libby is a fully qualified teacher with years of experience in the performance industry and after dancing salsa for many years she joined the teaching team at Salsa Liverpool before starting her own courses in her home town Southport 🎶

We have loved bringing our first salsa course to Southport and hope to continue with more courses in the future as well as Latin and salsa events throughout the year 💃🏻

✨ MEET YOUR TEACHER ✨

Running our brand new 6 week salsa course in Southport we have our teacher Libby. Libby’s love of dance started when she was a teenager dancing hip hop and commercial dance for many year before going to train vocationally in musical theatre along with getting her dance teacher qualifications. After graduating in 2017 she went on to work in the entertainment industry but at the same time found her love for Cuban salsa. After taking classes with Salsa Liverpool for many years she then joined there teaching team and has most recently started an all female performance team as well as classes in Southport.

Libby loves to teach both Cuban partner and Rueda as well as salsa footwork classes and enjoys sharing her love of salsa in a no pressure environment with good vibes ❤️

🚨 2 days to go until our beginners salsa course 🚨

Starting Wednesday 19th February ‘Sunset Salsa Southport’ is bringing you 6 weeks of beginners salsa to teach you the basics of Cuban Salsa 💃🏻

📍 The Fool, 30 West St, Southport PR8 1QN
🪩 No Partner needed - come solo or with a friend.
🚗 Free on street parking from 6pm
🍸 Lovely venue with a bar and atmosphere
🎶 Qualified Teacher with years of experience
🕰️ Class will run from 7pm - 8:30pm.
👠 Wear whatever you feel comfortable in that you can move in.

Costs: For the 6 week course it’s an upfront fee of £50. To book your slot send us a message and we will send over payment details or you can pay £50 cash at the first class.

We can’t wait to share our love of salsa with you - our lovely venue ‘The Fool’ in Southport will open from 6pm if you want to pop down early and have a drink before class starts and have a chat with our instructor and then we will play music after the class if you want to stick around and practice your new moves 🤩
