We do not, and will not ever tolerate our staff being sworn at. Let alone repeatedly and being shouted at over a small mistakes of pouring two sips of Prosecco away and our staff members immediately offering to rectify this.

Sadly this has happened tonight to one of our girls.

Being spoken to in this way in other establishments such as shops, banks etc is not acceptable and we wont have this in our pub either.

It’s a sad day when you need to behave in that way to a young girl at work.

This woman below is no longer welcome at the Unicorn for her frankly disgusting behaviour this evening.

We thank all of our wonderful customers who come to the pub who treat us and our staff with respect, especially those this evening who checked on our staff member after the woman left because they too were appalled with her behaviour.
