Cindy Duffield – Cooking the Books is a blog used to share with family and friends recipes plucked from my overburdened shelves of cookery books. I’ll attempt them, taste them and share them on my blog – www.cindyduffield-cookingthebooks.co.uk as well as Facebook and Twitter. I’ll share how easy or difficult they were, whether or not the kitchen was in total mayhem as a result and how I tweaked th

em (it’s a rare recipe that doesn’t undergo a Cindy variation!) I’m also collecting recipes from friends who have favourites that they want to share, so if you have one, please let me know and I’ll give it a go! My passion for photography will also take in images that make me smile (by popular request!) so watch out for the weird, wonderful or beautiful captured on the spare of the moment!
