Yesterday our GM his daughter and members if the team took part in the Macmillan Cancer Support south Coast mighty hike.

A full marathon over the South Downs from Brighton racecourse over the 7 sisters, Birling Gap and finishing just past Beachy Head.

A true test of endurance met head on by the team raising money for the wonderful people at macmllan cancer support.

Thank you to every single one of you that donated, shared our posts and left us good luck messages. You have helped us raise over £1250 for the event taking our total raised this year close to £3000!

A massive thank you to all of the team that took part. We are so proud of you!

Tomorrow our GM Kevin, his daughter Lilly and the fab Katie will be joining other members from greene king on the Macmillan Cancer Support South Coast mighty hike, walking 26.2 miles from brighton racecourse to Beachy Head.
We arevtrying to raise £1000 of this years £10,000 target.

Big, thank you! Our Tub2Pub campaign has done it again! For the sixth consecutive year, a record number of tubs have been collected thanks to the massive support from all our pub communities. We collected almost 295,000 plastic sweet and biscuit tubs in January and February, diverting them from landfill and raising funds for our charity partner, Macmillan Cancer Support. This is a great example of community action at its best, with the pub and people at the heart of it. We’re so pleased that the proceeds of the sale of 33.74 tonnes of recycled plastic equates to a £10,122 donation for Macmillan 💚 Since its launch in 2021, Tub2Pub has collected 88,435kg of plastic – which is around 769,000 tubs – raising £45,369 to date for this incredible charity. Thank you for all your support and all your tubs!
