🚨‼️Long post alert ‼️ 🚨
As most people now know we have made the tough decision that it is time for us to move on from The Plough. Believe us when we say that this was not an easy decision.
We have had an absolutely incredible 11 years and made the pub into the best it could possibly become! There has been lots of blood, sweat and tears shed over these years!
We moved in with a 7 month old son and leave content and happy with an 11.5 year old, a 9 year old and married 🥂 Wow what a journey it has been ♥️
We have met some amazing people, both staff and customers, that we have become very good friends with. The team that we have currently, we have to say are the best team we have had and class them more as family than employees 💚 We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more!
As we head in to our last week, we would like to thank each and every one of you for your kindness, custom, generosity and most of all friendships over the last 11 years. We cannot thank you all enough!
We will be having a last gathering on Saturday night (20th April) to celebrate all the good times 🥂🍻 🥳
We will be serving food as normal until then and Sunday 21st April we will be serving the carvery and full menu 11.30am until 4pm and closing up for the last time at 5pm that evening 😢
We wish the new tenants all the best and hope they have as much happiness and success as we have.
⚠️ ⚠️Good news time ⚠️ ⚠️
We aren’t going far as we will be joining the The Old Horns Inn team where you can come and enjoy the same fantastic value for money, see some familiar faces and enjoy the good times in a soon to be newly refurbished family pub 😄
Thank you everyone!!
Much love Ben, Jo, Finlay, Bobby and all team Plough
