This hazy pale ale features Citra, Idaho 7 & Dolcita hops. Dolcita is a new one for us. It has Neomexicanus heritage so exhibits some wild and unusual flavours. You may pick up some flavours and aromas of Cream Caramel, Sweet fruit & Coconut.

Hops : Idaho 7 Cryo, Citra T90, Citra Cryo, Dolcita T90

Malts : Super Pale, Chit Malt, Jumbo Oats

Yeast : Neutral Lager Strain

Water : Expressive English Strain

Come and find us at Longstone Park tomorrow! We'll be pouring Wilful favourites Fructus & Fritz, alongside some excellent ciders from Hunts, wines, spirits and softies.

We'll start serving in the park at midday.

The Cockleshell will be normal opening 3pm-930pm.

We had a most productive time this week at MaltingsFest. We managed to bag:

6 Gold Medals for:

🥇WSB (Keg British Ale)
🥇Cascadian (Keg Speciality IPA)
🥇RetrIBUtion (Keg IPA)
🥇Abyssus Stout (Cask Stout...Our first ever cask Gold)

5 Silver Medals for:
🥈RetrIBUtion (Cask IPA)
🥈Umbra (Keg strong stuff or w/e)
🥈Muckleshoot (Keg Amber etc)
🥈Polotmave Pivo (Keg Continental Lager)
🥈Kush (Keg Imperial IPA)

A couple of crusty bronzes too.

Biggest highlight was obv meeting this guide dog though 😎
