Good afternoon everyone,
Apologies in the delay of getting this post out to you all but we have been very busy.

Unfortunately The Anchor is now closed and will be closed until Shepherd Neame find new tenants.

We had an amazing 6/7months with you guys and we will hold those memories very close to our hearts forever.
We would like to say a huge thank you to those of you from the Village of Rowhedge and beyond that supported us, you made our time at The Anchor something truly special and we will never forget you.

We really hope that The Anchor long continues and thrives as much as it did whilst we were there and you can continue to make great memories.

This is not goodbye from us, it's we will see you soon...

Have a look at this helmet, trying to tape up our cctv wich is protecting our pub and belongings inside i do believe he goes by the name Andy Davy and lives across the road and isn't this a criminal offence

Here at The Anchor we didn't know Allan all that well but we know he was much loved by many in and amongst the village. We are all for supporting and honouring so as of this week we are delighted to say we will have Long Time Dead available on our taps, in honour of Allan and in support of our local food bank.

We look forward to sharing this with you guys and hearing your stories about Allan and his extravagant shirts ❤️💙
