Hey guys I hope you are all surviving out there in this weather. Typical of us Brits, we moan when it's cold ☃️ and we moan when it's hot ☀️ but let's face it, this is 😈 devilishly hot! Hang in there whatever you do, and take a look at what we have on offer at the RUSSC this weekend. First, on Friday, we have the ultimate tribute to Robbie Williams with Scott Borley as MAXIMUM ROBBIE. Tickets are £5 members and £10 non members, available from the usual places, plus there will be some available on the door - first come first served of course. Then on Saturday we have the amazing FRANKIE DEAN showcasing his multiple talents with tributes to Frankie Valli and all things swinging 60's and rock 'n' roll. This night is the usual format, £2 members and £7 non members, pay on the door. We have the fantastic SOUL CORPORATION gracing our stage this Saturday, and for those of you with tickets we know it is going to be a mega night full of all the best soul, club classics and dance tracks around. They specialise in some of the best electronic sounds from the likes of Kraftwerk and Gary Newman, along with classics from Bowie, Depeche Mode and Ultravox to name but a few. How exciting to hear we have a heatwave 🌞 on the way for the bank holiday weekend. Better dig out your best sunbathing gear 👙 and head for the back garden with a 🥂 glass or two in hand 😎 and to top it off why not come on down to the RUSSC this Saturday night when we have Gary Humphries here with his amazing GAZ VEGAS SHOW for your entertainment. Uche is a fantastic singer, having spent time with the likes of Hot Chocolate and The Drifters, and has an amazing repetoire of songs. Spring is here and summer is definitely on it's way ☀️ and should it be a bit wet this weekend, don't let that dampen your spirits. We have a great line up of entertainment for the Bank Holiday weekend at the RUSSC starting on Saturday with DELVIS who will be here to get you up on your feet dancing to a great selection of Elvis hits and plenty of songs from many other artists. This night is the usual format, £2 members and £7 non members, pay on the door. For Sunday Bank Holiday we have a special tribute to the one and only KYLIE, followed by music from the ABBA ladies, all performed by the amazing SUZE. This is a ticket event priced at £3 for members and £8 for non members, from the usual places. There will also be tickets available on the door on the night. Hope you are all feeling patriotic out there in Facebookland. Today is St. George's Day, a day to celebrate everything that is English about our beautiful country. Because most of you have to work tomorrow we have our St. George's Day celebration coming up at the RUSSC this Friday eveing with THE ROCKNEY RHYMERS entertaining you with some good old singalong songs and dancing ones too.
