Cuxton Darts Report - 27th October 2026

Cuxton 3 - 10 Aylesford Club

Cuxton faced a tough test last night against league leaders Aylesford Club, who arrived early and were clearly up for the game, filling the practice boards long before we started. Their team boasts a remarkable amount of young talent, with players ranging in age from just 14 to 19 years old. We also welcomed a new player to our side last night, Ryan Mochrie, making his debut for Cuxton.

We got off to a fantastic start in the singles when Nick won his match 2–0 to put us 1–0 up overall. However, the momentum shifted quickly from there as we lost the next five singles matches, with Kian, Pep, Aidan, Roy, and Ryan all missing out despite some strong darts. The highlights from a tough singles session included a brilliant 72 checkout from Roy, while in Kian’s match, opponent Blake Howard landed a maximum 180 and capped off the final leg in style with a 70 checkout on the bullseye. That left us score after the singles, trailing 5–1.

Moving into the pairs, Roy and Pep lost their game, and Jay and Dave were also defeated. Nick and Kian managed to pick up a welcome win to keep us fighting, with Kian checking out 35 to seal the game and bring the score to 7–2 down.
In the trebles, the trio of Nick, Kian, and Aidan put in a great performance to win their game. Kian was clinical once again, checking out 43, while Aidan played out of his skin to post an incredible 103.75 average. Unfortunately, Roy, Pep, and Ryan lost their trebles match, moving the overall score to 8–3 down.

In the final team game, our opponents’ heavy and consistent scoring proved too strong once again, and Aylesford clinched that game as well to secure a 10–3 overall victory. Our Man of the Match was Nick, who had a fantastic night individually by winning three of his four games across the fixture. Next week, we travel away to Larkfield DC for a rearranged match.

CUXTON DART REPORT

20th October 2026

Kings Hill Sport Bar A 4 - 9 Cuxton

Last night, Cuxton travelled away to face Kings Hill Sports Bar A in a crucial clash between 2nd and 3rd in the league. The singles got off to a fantastic start with a 5-1 victory. Although Jay lost the opening match as the first game on, the next five singles were won by Roy, Brad, Pep, Nick, and Kian in a series of close games, which notably featured a 180 hit against Brad by their player Tony Everdon.

Moving on to the pairs, Cuxton narrowly lost 2-1; Pep and Roy as well as Brad and Steve dropped their matches, while Kian and Nick secured a strong win, bringing the overall score to 6-3. In the trebles, Nick, Brad, and Jay unfortunately lost a tight match, but Pep, Roy, and Kian bounced back brilliantly with Pep hitting a 180 and winning the game on double 5, pushing the score to 7-4. The final team game was another closely contested match, which Cuxton won thanks to Pep checking out 66, sealing an impressive 9-4 overall victory. While every player contributed significantly on the night, Pep stood out as the man of the match. Looking ahead, Cuxton will be playing at home next week against the league leaders, Aylesford.
