A stunning feature wall creating a 3d version of a wallpaper design that was in the rest of the suite making a striking focal point. This was sculpted by hand, moulded and cast, fixed to the wall as a feature panel then meticulously colour matched and painted to perfectly match the wallpaper that was hung in the dressing room and bedroom in this London house. This is how we do it! This is our most excellent and talented artist painting directly on silk for a much bigger piece that’s being upholstered and embroidered. Painting with realism makes the birds pop, they really look like they could fly away! 🐦🪶

A look back to this gorgeous blue entrance we did for in London. The room was drenched in a beautiful chalky blue effect applied in layers to the ceiling, walls and all the woodwork too. It’s like double denim! The colour changes with the light - natural light casting in from the sitting room at the back & bedroom at the front, and clever ceiling lighting and lamps. The remarkable marble floor and furnishings make this entrance hall cool and calm in a maximalist way. It’s a favourite of ours!

Faux marble painted to emulate the floor making this very high, but very small powder room almost drenched in marble. We painted the panels and the panel mouldings separately but have also recently done other marbling projects ignoring panels and panel mouldings, to give a more contemporary accent on an 18th C room. We can replicate any type of stone or marble, we can paint on any substrate that can be properly prepared and painted with an eggshell paint finish.

Palladium, platinum, white gold? It’s caplain! A precious metal leafy that does not tarnish. White gold is the most likely to tarnish after silver. Palladium, platinum or caplain are the best choice for white metal gilding. This ceiling shows during the process of us gilding, and after the room was dressed. Stunning! 🤍🩶✨

This amazing basement ceiling in London Mayfair with rich ombré effect from deep earthy reds fading in to opulent golds.
