📍Location: Bottle & Board Pontyclun
🕒Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
⏰Hours:Between 12:00pm – 11:00pm 25-30 a week
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be:
✅ 18 years old and over
✅ Friendly, welcoming, and confident with customers
✅ A strong team player with a positive attitude
✅ Hardworking and self-motivated
✅ Detail-oriented and proactive
✅ Passionate about w**e, food, and customer experience
✅ Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
✅ Able to stay calm under pressure and multi-task efficiently
✅ Willing to learn and grow with the business
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting and seating guests with a warm, professional attitude
* Serving food and drinks with attention to detail and timing
* Basic food preparation and plating of charcuterie and cheese boards
* Bar duties including pouring w**e, mixing simple drinks, and handling payments
* Keeping the space clean and tidy during and after service
* Assisting in opening and closing duties
* Creating a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere for all guests
* Sharing product knowledge and making recommendations
* Upholding hygiene and safety standards at all times

Experience in a similar role is required - particularly in hospitality, food service, or bar environments.
