It’s true....just over a year ago we opened Dotty’s hatches....total novices to running a business, branding, marketing & bar work but think we’ve done ok! There isn’t a day that goes by when something Dotty related springs to mind, usually on the way home from the “day job” around 4.15 when we as sisters chat and discuss all things Dotty. We are very close but very different Ying & Yang so this works perfectly. There is no doubt we will continue to grow & adapt but the one thing that will be a constant is the live we have when we pitch up and open the hatches.....

Pinch punch, first day of the month..... we have a few weeks off and whilst we miss being in Dotty, it’s a great time to get out and about and research and gain inspiration! November is the perfect time to do this....a few new items in mind for Dotty and maybe something different too to add to the menu!
