With gorgeous weather forecast this Sunday, you can settle in inside with a cool drink and some shade, or take it al fresco in our beer garden under the umbrella and soak up the sunshine. Either way, a proper roast is heading your way.

Oh — and bring the dog! We're dog friendly and we reckon they deserve a Sunday treat too.

Who's ready to dust off their dancing shoes?

This Friday night at The Pembrey Country Inn we're turning it up with a brilliant one-man band bringing you the best of the 60s and 70s. Think singalong classics, good vibes, and probably your dad doing that thing he calls dancing.

Kicking off at 8pm and going till late — so grab your mates, grab a drink, and come have a proper Friday night at your local.

No tickets, no fuss, just turn up and have a belter.

What a Sunday!

We can’t quite believe it — 29 Sunday lunches served on our very first week with the kitchen open. We are absolutely over the moon. A massive thank you to every single one of you who came along, it means the world to us and the whole team.

The feedback has been incredible and we’re so proud of what we put out. This is what it’s all about — good food, great company, and our little community coming together on a Sunday afternoon.

What a start! Thank you so much to everyone who came through the doors on Friday night and over the weekend — the support from the Pembrey community has been absolutely incredible. It already feels like home, and that's down to every one of you.

Now then — exciting news! Our kitchen officially opens this Sunday 10th May with our first ever Sunday Lunch at The Pembrey Country Inn.
