Save the dates! Tackley Talks this autumn, first event 21st September - AI for Robots, why we need it and how it is used!

Coming up this season - Tackley Talks!

A variety of talks hosted by people of the village. These are FREE to enter and anyone is welcome!

These talks are fundraiser events so donations warmly welcomed. The bar will also be open during these times so put the dates in your diaries!

First up: Artificial Intelligence for Robots: Why and How.
Talk given by Nick Hawes - 21 Sept 7:30pm.
Nick Hawes is a Professor of AI and Robotics in the Department of Engineering Science at the University of Oxford, and a Tutorial Fellow at Pembroke College, Oxford. He directs the Oxford Robotics Institute (ORI).

Tackley's first ever bike night!!

We can't thank you enough for joining us on this incredible evening. People who travelled from far and wide and those closer to home. It was great to meet you, see the amazing range of bikes and enjoy the evening.

This was a fundraiser event for our village hall extension, you helped us raise over £2900!!! We haven't got a total figure yet, but thank you all so so much 🫶🏼

The night was fun and we got asked if we will do it again soon. Well, you'll have to follow us to wait and see what comes next and when 😉

A huge thank you to all the volunteers who helped make this possible.

Thank you to those who helped get the message out!
