Fancy being part of a fantastic country pub & hotel team? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant Manager to help keep The Jolly Drover running smoothly!
What you’ll be doing:
🍺 Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day pub operations
👥 Leading, supporting and developing our team
😊 Delivering fantastic customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
🎉 Helping promote events, drive sales and bring the pub to life
📦 Managing stock, orders, cash handling and day-to-day standards
🛠️ Ensuring the pub stays clean, safe and well maintained
