Previously local brewer turned cheese maker, Dan from Derbyshire based, award winning will be joining us from 7pm on Tuesday the 5th of May and we’ll be featuring all wakebridge manor cheeses and pairing them with 4 fabulous beers.

We’re treating you to an IWD special with guest speaker, Mary Button, lovingly known as Mary from the Dairy, owner of Staffordshire Cheese Company, a small artisan creamery in the Staffordshire Moorlands.

Using traditional methods and recipes, the creamery work hard to produce award winning cheeses, Dovedale Blue, Buxton Blue and Staffordshire which are regularly stocked at our lovely deli .

We’re really looking forward to this one! Mary is a powerhouse who is sure to inspire and educate you.
