🦌 THE NEXT CHAPTER… AND THIS TIME, IT’S ALL ABOUT THE GAME 🦌

After an incredible night of fantastic food, a brilliant atmosphere and a few very happy guests, we’re delighted to welcome Guest Chef Rob Brown back to The Hart for the next chapter of our Supper Club.

And as we move into the new season, Rob is bringing something a little more autumnal, indulgent and wild to the table…

🌿 A 6 COURSE GAME MENU 🌿

Think local damson vodka & Exmoor caviar to begin, followed by crispy spiced crab samosa, a beautiful partridge, pheasant & pigeon terrine, roast aged haunch of venison with seasonal roots and onions…

And because no Rob Brown menu would be complete without something seriously tempting to finish, there’s roast apricot & honey tart with almond wafer, followed by baked goat’s cheese with figs.

Six courses.
One very special evening.
And the return of a chef who certainly knows how to put on a night. 👌
