Chef – Newport Cafe (Quay 2 Quay)
We are currently looking for two chefs to join our Newport cafe team, covering approximately 6 days per week between them (around 3–4 days each).

Role Overview:
Working independently in the kitchen on shift
Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to a consistent standard
Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times
Cleaning down equipment and ensuring all food safety standards are met
Managing stock, food prep, and correct storage procedures
General day-to-day kitchen responsibilities

Key Requirements:
Ability to confidently work alone in a kitchen environment
Strong understanding of cleanliness and food hygiene standards
Reliable and organised with good time management
Flexible and adaptable
