Hi Bridge'its,

Nettle foraging for this week’s Witches’ Cauldron Chowder, under the watchful eyes of our new kitchen supervisors. 🌿

And behind the camera?

Grandma, the actual boss. 😂

How spooky is the old lock keeper’s cottage looking in this week’s backdrop? 🎃

This week’s specials have also been given a little Halloween twist, perfect for a wicked weekend in Pendle. 🧙🏻‍♀️

Serving Friday–Sunday. Call 01282 618305 to book.

I took Lorraine to an Indian restaurant for her birthday

We both had the pelican curry

Best curry we've ever had

But the BILL was massive 😂

Ps could this be a best bobble hat contender for up coming bonfire night bonanza competition?? 🤔

Our kitchen may be closed this weekend, but you can still join us for a bite to eat tonight, courtesy of La Bella Mozzarella Pizza Co.

They’re firing up from 5pm, serving their award-winning stone-baked pizzas. A good excuse for tea and a catch-up at your local.

Pre-order through their website — ordering details in the comments.

Bella Mozzarella are back this Thursday… and we’re probably as pleased about it as you are. 🍕

There’s something lovely about a pub full of people catching up over pizza and a pint.

Come down, get comfy and make a bit of an evening of it.

A quick heads up from Team Bridge.

The kitchen will be closed from Friday 23rd October until Sunday 25th October while we take a few days’ annual leave and recharge the batteries.

The bar will remain open as normal, so you’ll still be able to pop in for a drink.

We’ll be back in the kitchen from 3pm on Friday 29th.

Thanks, as always, for your understanding and support.
