Change of Date – Please Read:
📅 New Date: Thursday, 24th July at 7:00 PM
📍 Colwall Park Hotel
Apologies for the change in date from the original email.
Firstly, thank you so much to everyone who returned their questionnaires, I really appreciate your input!
One of the key themes that came through from your feedback was the lack of support for the humans behind reactive dogs when working with professionals. This has only spurred me on to continue this group and our little community. It is really clear how important it is for us to connect and support one another. 💜
This month we have:
💜Q&A with Sam van Eggermond
Sam is an experienced dog trainer who began her career in rescue and is now a canine nutritionist. She has a deep interest in the relationship between diet, gut health, and behaviour.
❓Please send over any questions you’d like Sam to answer, she has a wealth of knowledge to share!
💜 Catch up with Alex, Founder of The Conscious Dog Mum
A brand creating awareness clothing and training gear with a purpose. I’m a big fan and can’t wait to share the story behind the brand!
💜 Also a little info on what myself and (our honorary difficult dog member!) are planning for this year!
This group is here to offer something different: a non-judgemental space built on kindness and connection, for both dogs and their humans.
Whether you’re looking to share experiences, exchange tips, arrange training walks, or simply meet others who get it, you’re in the right place.
As always, group members will also receive exclusive discount codes from businesses that support reactive dogs, along with local trainer and behaviourist recommendations.
Your thoughts and ideas on how we grow are always welcome and valued! If you know a professional you’d love to have on for a Q&A or a topic you’d like to cover, let me know!
So come and join us for a coffee (or a glass of wine!) even if it’s just to swap stories or show off your difficult dog’s latest antics! 🥰
Please note: this is a humans-only event, though the venue is dog-friendly for future meetups.
