Peter is moving away from communal dining in favour of a carefully curated mix of tables of two and four guests.

We recently had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the 10-course taster menu at Gwen Wine Bar & Restaurant in Machynlleth. Every course including the wine pairings had so much thought put into it, beautifully balanced, full of flavour. A great experience from start to finish 👏

Now we can’t help wondering… would anyone else love to see a Gwen pop-up at Hendre Hall? 👀✨
