Good morning everyone 👋

I saw this earlier & took a screenshot .. a simple yet very clear explanation of pub closing times & how last orders work, it’s a generic post but applies to us too so I thought I would borrow it & share!

Our opening times have been a popular topic of discussion recently, which is interesting considering the suggested Operating Model is for us to close Mon-Thurs Off Peak. We’ve chosen to remain open & have STILL upset people 😬

There are people out there who would rather spend their time online being a Negative Nellie, than speak to one of the team face to face like we’ve asked for a million times so to those people, the saying “you can’t please everyone” very much applies 🤦‍♀️

Let’s all spread joy & positivity & support one another instead 💪
