The continued hot weather has made more people ask for something cold and refreshing at the bar and Hydes 0% Cyder has been very popular and yesterday lunchtime we sold out 🙈

But the amazing couple at Hydes Cyder came straight to our rescue and delivered 4 more kegs to keep us going 🍎

This is why we love to support local, independent businesses 🧡🌳🧡

Lucy, who is looking very glam in the picture enjoying a ploughman’s after delivering the goods, and her husband Phillip went above and beyond to keep us stocked up and we are very thankful!

The relationships we build with ALL our local suppliers is so important to us and we thought this one deserved a massive shout out 🌟

🌳Due to the on going difficult circumstances around the New Forest & continued transport difficulties, we will remain open this weekend, but be running on reduced staff and offering a reduced menu🌳

It’s always a pleasure to meet new people who are interested to learn more about our pub.
But this was extra special. Jim Bannister was wonderful and engaging, he was so genuinely keen to talk to us about the history of the pub and discuss how we are elevating what we do while keeping tradition alive. He was also enthusiastic to learn more about the forest in general while talking to some of our fantastic local customers.
