On 13 June, we’re heading to the heart of the South Downs National Park for Clays & Corks — an afternoon of clay target shooting at Southdown Gun Club, followed by venison from the grill and a well-earned glass of Digby.

Never held a shotgun? Fully instructed, all equipment provided.

Seasoned shot? There’s a 30-target competition with Digby prizes.
