On 29 August, Trevor Clough — Co-founder and Head Blender of Digby Fine English — joins Chef Matt Price Matthew Price for an evening where every glass and every course has been considered with equal care 🥂 🍽️

A 6 course tasting menu by The Town House, designed to pair harmoniously with five of Digby’s world-class sparkling w**es.
