'Waste Not, Want Not' is an evening celebrating fresh underused produce. Supporting the charity Action Against Hunger http://www.actionagainsthunger.org.uk/ . Chef Jonty Franks and Jane Montgomery will be creating a feast of culinary delights. They will be working hand in hand to put a modern twist on hidden British produce which are now rarely used. Guests will experience a five course feast, tak

ing them on a journey of exquisite dishes, they will also gain valuable knowledge on how to utilise these ingredients in their own kitchens. This will be an unforgettable dining experience but at the same time it will also be benefitting some of the millions of hungry people around the world. A FABULOUS FIVE COURSE FEAST FOR £40 per head, £5 of which will be directly donated to Action Against Hunger. Tip of the day: left over herbs with no home? Make a basil or rosemary sugar, simply grind the leaves in a pestle and mortar with granulated sugar until it is green and combined. Store in a jam jar, sprinkle on peaches or pineapple for a quick and tasty summer pud.

Tip of the day: use your left over bbq sausages from the sunny weekend to make a posh toad in the hole. Wrap your sausages with palma ham and spice up your batter mixture with herbs, mustard and any left over tomato salad.
