Well folks, after five years at The Helm of the good ship Britannia, it's time to call it a day.
My time here has been filled with fun, frolicks and flipping hard work but I've loved it. So on to pastures new. If any one fancies a last drink before I go, we are having a get together on Saturday 13th April. It would be great to see you.
Thankyou to everyone who has supported us here either as customers or through kind words. All the best Andrew (& Paula)

Well folks, after 5 yrs at the helm of the good ship Britannia, It's time to call it a day.
My time here as been both challenging and rewarding and will miss her and many of you, but on to pastures new. If anyone fancies a last pint, we're having a drink on Sat 13th April from 7pm and it would be great to see you all. Thanks to everyone who has supported us over the last half decade. It's Grand National Weekend and The Britannia is running a free tab sweepstake. We'll staple the number of a runner to your bill. If you're still with us when the race is over and your horse is the winner, we'll refund the lot.

At The Britannia this weekend: Friday 2 4 1 Menu Specials and Live DJ playing Ska and Northern Soul. Saturday is £15 Prosecco day with DJ spinning classic Disco and Pop tunes and Sunday sees a special Easter Lunch Menu. To wind down on Monday we're offering 2 4 1 Burgers and a special on Rum Cocktails

Just a little reminder about our comedy night this Thursday. We've got Mark Dolan from off the telly and musical comedy from the highly talented Christian Reilly. Tickets are £5 in advance or £8 on the night.
