🐨 *My name is Iljana. I grew up with two grandmas who always knitted, sewed or stitched; with two grandpas who constantly repaired broken things, instead of throwing them away; with parents who thought it was more important to be creative than ‘good’; and with a sister who collected all sorts of wonderful things and who read stories to me all the time.

I – the youngest in the family – watched and listened and learnt from all of them.
And today it is me who knits and sews and fixes things – with a vivid imagination, a head full of ideas and hands which refuse to rest.

MANIMANI is a collection of handmade items – crochet dolls, quirky decorations, modular LEGO jewellery, knitted hats and scarves, greeting cards and much more.

I am not a label. I make things. They are always different – handmade, and with my whole heart in them.*

Milline Low is a recent graduate from Camberwell College of Arts with a major in Illustration. Pen
and ink have always been her favourite approach towards her works. She realizes that throughout
her work process, she seem to be able to work more comfortably on sketchbooks and scrap papers
as it prevents her from over-thinking. This is because whenever she was given an individual piece of
plain white paper, the thought of possibly ruining a good piece of paper gives her the inability to
work her lines naturally.
Hence most of her personal works are created in her sketchbooks rather than canvases and
individual pieces. Later on she would develop her drawings in the computer to give it a ‘finished’
look. Though the aid of design software enables her work to be able to be applied in relevant areas
like design and illustrations, she usually still prefers her drawings to stay in her sketchbooks.
She is currently trying her best to squeeze out more time to create more personal works while
working on a full time job.

❇ : "I'm a freelance illustrator and architect based in London. In my art I use a simple thin gel pen to create dark surrealistic/fantasy/sci-fi/anatomical designs with a lot of details.

Music is a huge influence on my designs. I design artwork for London music promotion Chaos Theory and I have designed artwork for album covers, t-shirts, surreal portraits and other illustrations. "

🎨 is a Hackney based illustrator, working mainly with watercolours and pencil crayons. She is particularly interested in the human form and finding different ways of portraying flesh. She enjoys bringing amusement out of mundane situations, and exploring the notion of ‘normal’ throughout different traditions and society. Catch Joey and her work at Shacklewell Arts Fair on Sunday the 17th of December ✨

🎄Super excited to announce that are taking part in our fair! They are an organisation aiming to tackle the lack of employment opportunities for displaced people all over Europe. Raising awareness of the refugee crisis, holding workshops, and their most recent project which transforms children's drawings into colouring books are only some of the great things that they do. If you want to support the cause or find out more about it, come to Shacklewell on Sunday the 17th ✨

🌴 Rhyanrhyan aged 19, is an illustrator & designer from South East London. Designing and creating artwork for him is a therapeutic way of making sense of the imaginative world inside of his head. Influenced by Jeremyville, streetwear brand Illegal Civilisation and likened to Jean Michel Basquiat.

Rhyanrhyan’s art also includes his imaginative and free-spirited clothing brand that merges the worlds of fashion and art together. Resulting in a collection of limited edition bespoke garments, with unique abnormal hand illustrated graphics - done by himself. His initial goal is to create art for the ordinary and extraordinary youth.

On Sunday the 17th Rhyanrhyan will be selling posters, stickers of his art and limited edition garments designed by himself.
