ssic Long Arm beers Birdie Flipper, IPA OK, Lucky Penny & Shadow Wolf, we also have a line up of ever-changing bespoke brews dabbling in rebellious flavours, like our infamous cookie beer, created with a Belgian malt, chocolate and vanilla to ramp up that classic cookie taste. And for those who fancy a different tipple, a hand-built pot-still sits alongside the brewing tanks, creating a fine London gin and other liquors unique to Long Arm. The pot-still doesn’t stop at gin however, it will also be used to make the essences for the brewing process, introducing new flavours and aromas to the brews. Heading up the tanks is our award-winning Mexican head brewer Guillermo Alvarez Schulenburg – whose Grandfather founded Mexico’s famed Modelo Brewery.
