A proper “pinch us” whisky moment at Melody Whisky Bar with the legends from . .dionori absolutely spoiled us, guiding us through 8 incredible drams from a mix of distilleries plus a new make that felt like a sneak peek behind the curtain.

Some of these pours aren’t even available to the public, which made the whole experience feel even more special. Rare, unexpected, and the kind of tasting that reminds you why you fall in love with whisky in the first place.

What a treat it was to have master distiller of join us for what is possibly the best Tobermory tasting of all time..

7 expressions of some of the finest whisky the distillery has to offer.

Julieann gave a really inspiring and insightful talk about the history and future of Tobermory, and what sets it’s apart from others.

We can’t wait to have her return again though it’s surely going to be hard to top this one…

Melody and came together for a world exclusive tasting this week lead by the incredible Anees.

We tasted 7 expressions with 2 exclusive cask finishings that we were the first in the world to try! What an evening 👏🏼🥃

Last week we had the privilege of being joined by with for a fantastic tasting!

Sipping our way through 8 drams, all different and unique but each having that classic Makers Mark style than you won’t taste anywhere else.

We learnt so much and had a fantastic evening.

Thanks Charlotte and the Makers Mark team for putting on a beautiful line of Boutbon for us to enjoy.

🥃What a fantastic first tasting of 2026!
and put together a selection of 10 unforgettable drams consisting of some already released and some only just released (valentines special I’m looking at you) and some gems which hadn’t ever been tasted until this room got their hands on them.

Everyone had a fantastic time and we can’t wait to welcome Bimber back again in the future to create some more great tasting memories.
