Clearing a few things up!

Hi everyone!! I hope the 1st couple of days are going well for you! Unfortunately I have come down with terrible flu/Covid symptoms so haven’t been able to start.

Tonight tho I have planned my food for tomorrow so I can at least focus on the while I can’t train

Eewwwkkkk!! My weights turned up earlier then I was told so that’s my weights sorted, pull up bar, hip resistance bands, long resistant bands to assist with my pull ups, cheeky meal pots for the days I’m struggling AND a rechargeable blender so I can have my build shake straight after my PT sessions!!

Being as prepared as possible!! Quick and easy high protein meals for those lazy days, cause let’s be honest, we ALL have them days! I’ve also brought myself a chargeable blender to take with me when I’m having a PT session so I can have my shake straight after training!!
