Our menu's are constantly changing, with new dishes every week 😍

1 - Welsh Spring Lamb, Fresh Mint and Local Duck Egg Scotch Egg, foraged Wild Garlic veloutè

2 - Black Garlic, Black Truffle and Chestnut Arancini, Black Garlic Ketchup

3 - Welsh Lamb Rump, Ajo Blanco (Spanish Almond, Garlic, Lemon and Sourdough puree), Foraged Samphire, Pistachio, House Roasted Lamb Jus

4 - Scallops, Pea & Mint puree, Toasted Pine Nuts, Black Pudding Bon Bon, Chive Oil, Coriander, Bacon Crumb

5 - Roasted Nordic Blue Hake Loin, Spiced Prawn and Cod Fishcake, Lobster Bisque, Dehydrated Pork

Slow Cooked Turkey Roulade, stuffed with Cranberry, Stuffing and Chestnuts. Wrapped in Smoked Bacon

8hr Slow Cooked Porchetta

8 oz Welsh Rump of Lamb

Nutless Roast Slice - Toasted Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds, with Wild Mushrooms and Herbs (Vg)

All Served with our House Roasties, Maple Glazed Carrot, Honey Roasted Parsnip, Buttered Savoy Cabbage, Brocolli, Green Beans, Carrot & Swede Mash and Madeira Gravy

Plus our main menu runs all day too 👌
