We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Supervisor to join the team!

KEY DETAILS:
• Modern brewery taproom environment.
• £13.75 - £14 per hour (depending on experience).
• 30 hours per week, typically Thursday - Saturday, 11am - 9:30pm.
• Occasional overtime available for special events.

Wild Horse Brewing Co is an independent brewery based in the seaside town of Llandudno on the North Wales coast. Our brewery is now in its twelfth year, with our Taproom opening its doors in March 2024. Our focus is on producing high-quality modern craft beer for drinkers across Wales, North West England and beyond.

KEY DETAILS:
• £13.75 per hour.
• 33 hours per week, typically Thursday-Saturday, 11am-10:30pm.
• Occasional overtime available for special events.
• A range of benefits including a generous beer allowance, private medical insurance, paid training opportunities and more.

This position is well-suited for an experienced hospitality professional ready to step into a supervisory role within a growing independent business, and help us deliver a standout, beer-led experience for our customers. The successful candidate will be a confident, hands-on Supervisor with a passion for great beer and great service. You’ll enjoy working with people, leading by example on the bar, and supporting the Taproom Manager in maintaining high standards across customer experience, team support, and day-to-day operations.

June’s in bloom 🌸

We’re officially breaking into summer this month and we’re doing it the right way with plenty in the calendar!

We had a cracking turn out for our run club’s 1st birthday last month, and we’re keeping the momentum going with another 5k social run🏃‍♀️

embark on their annual pub-hopping 10K! Starting at Black Cloak Taproom in Colwyn Bay, and a stop at Craft Beer Cave along the way, they finish up at our Taproom and enjoy some well-deserved pizza and a few cold pints🍻

Brand new last month! Enjoy a fun and inclusive 60-90 minute social ride of 30km (approx.), starting and finishing at the Taproom. Take in the amazing scenery our local area has to offer, and finish up with a refreshing pint and pizza at the Taproom after 🚴🚴‍♀️

The Big Fat Tappy Quiz
- Always Aim High x Wild Horse Special Edition -

🗓️ Thurs, 25th June @ 7pm

If you didn’t manage to get a space on the quiz this week, don’t worry! Ahead of the Wild Horse Brewing Co Llandudno Triathlon & Duathlon coming up at the end of June, organised by , we’re teaming up with the crew at for June’s charity quiz night! 💭

June’s quiz is in aid of the Tom Furey Memorial Trust who work to support education and training in mountaineering activities to those experiencing financial hardship. There’ll be a £3 per person minimum donation to take part.

With and on board, expect a mix of sport-themed rounds alongside all the usuals, plus bonus beer tasting challenges, and a raffle to finish off the night! 🚴‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️
