A lovely F/F Graphenano case.

There is no bar in this case. The combination of strength and lightness made it the perfect choice for a patient with an enormous mouth and concerns over the weight.

An interesting case this one.

We had to design the bar in a stepped fashion to accommodate the bite, whilst maintaining strength and sufficient depth for the locator abutments.

The denture was also designed digitally and milled in G-cam/graphenano as a single unit so there is no risk of teeth debonding. This material is super strong, lightweight and hygienic. (Check it out, we love it!!) The denture weighs 9 grams but is strong enough to not need a metal strengthener.

Finally, just look at the detail we achieved in the teeth, even my phone camera managed to capture it. ❤️

It might sound cheesy and somewhat cliche, but things like this really mean the world to us.

Some will claim that 'it's not about the money', but all businesses exist to make money, saying otherwise would be a lie.

It is, however so much more than that to us. It's an extension of us. It's our pride, our passion, our reputation. Creating amazing relationships with people so they're happy, their patients are happy and we're happy.

On paper, we work hard.... really hard. But it doesn't feel like work. Everyday is building, learning, creating and moving forward.

⚫️ Our latest digital chrome denture. Both the framework and the teeth/saddle.

I think we need to name this technique because nobody else does it.... yet.

Any suggestions?

🟡 This is true progression.

Stronger, better fit, no risk of damaged chrome during flasking/deflasking and just as aesthetically pleasing as any other denture out there.

Also worth nothing, this is a digitally designed milled denture from an IO scan with a little manual flare to finish up!
