Happy Loner系列由 kt518 創作，共四幅作品，以她家中的小貓為主角，描繪生活中獨處的樂趣和自在，充滿 #一個人原來都可以盡興 的情懷。作品一《Daydreaming Café》描繪主角一個人專注地享受發白日夢的寧靜和優雅。
這是一瓶2009年蒸餾的14年 Blair Athol。這款威士忌在 first fill oloroso sherry solera cask 中進行了頗長時間的第二次熟成，形成了一種既果香又帶堅果味，背景中帶有草本風味的獨特口感。

【⭐ Happy Loner Series No.1 & No.2 ⭐】We are excited to introduce our new mini-series - Happy Loner. The Happy Loner series consists of a set of four artworks created by kt518. The series features the artist's little cat as the protagonist, celebrating the happiness and contentment of solitude in everyday life. The first artwork, "Daydreaming Café," depicts the protagonist focused on enjoying the relaxation and contentment of daydreaming alone within peaceful surroundings.This is a 14-year-old Blair Athol, distilled in 2009. The whisky underwent secondary maturation in a first fill oloroso sherry solera cask for a considerable period, resulting in a profile that is both fruity and nutty, with subtle herbal flavors in the background.

各位朋友久等啦，The Maltcask UK 接下來會盡力將亞洲iB獨立裝瓶的包桶，於他們運往亞洲之前攔途截劫下來，率先帶給英國朋友們！！

Glendronach 2011.12yo Handfill Cask #4597
PX Puncheon 62.9%
Glendronach Sherry 70年代同90年代嘅經典 vintage，係威士忌愛好者趨之若鶩嘅品項，例如較近代嘅1993 Vintage。
·
而更加近代，重新復廠千禧年代嘅東西係點呢？當然有好多唔同嘅改變，暫停咗自家malting，2011至2014年間，分批換咗發酵槽，各方面都會影響到風味。
不過始終都係由作品說話，Handfill cask #4597 雖則年輕但成熟度非常高，果醬、肉桂、煙草加恰到好處嘅oaky。油脂包裹度高令62.9%ABV 酒精感都唔算強烈。
Taste Notes
Nose : start with Maraschino Cherries and cinnamon rolls, cooked apple, then Gently To***co and Toasted Oak, Camphor wood Appear after few minutes.
With water : more milky and creamy, and dried fruit
Palate : lovely Rasin, Honey, Syrup !! Also soda feel coca co…. , then pepper and cinnamon
With water : so smooth, Juicy and lightly spicy at the finish
8月1號英國加咗酒精稅，業界勢必醞釀加價，Glendronach 雖然有啲遠，不過店長去咗入啲存貨，有興趣pm

The MaltCask UK
The MaltCask 是位於香港的一家小酒館，由初初零售到後來同時營運威士忌酒吧，一切都是源於我們喜愛酒的原意。
The MaltCask 店長Kurt來到英國Manchester 後，亦同時希望帶來Maltcask香港的初衷，把喜歡的、美好的威士忌推介帶給各位愛好者。
接下來The MaltCask UK 推介會有來自亞洲不 同單位的IB獨立裝瓶選桶，精美的酒標，加上亞洲業界的選桶口味，身處英國的大家就不要錯過。
另外不停遊走於蘇格蘭各地的店長，定期會帶不同的酒廠限定、手工裝瓶回南方的英格蘭，酒友們就不需10多小時來回車程，安座家中就可取得心頭好。
