We are so close to being able to open our doors back up in our new space and are excited to be able to offer Löwenbräu Oktoberfestbier on tap to celebrate Oktoberfest as well as our relaunch 🍻

Löwenbräu Oktoberfestbier is a 6.1% ABV seasonal festival l***r brewed by Löwenbräu München, one of the oldest and most prestigious breweries in Bavaria, Germany. It is brewed strictly in accordance with the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) using only water, barley malt, and Hallertau hops.

Also available will be l***rs, ciders, spirits, wines and cocktails 🍸

After speaking with the Ruchee manager the other day when he offered us some help moving a few things, we've decided to use Wednesdays as our promotion day – This means our drinks offers will coincide with Ruchee's Wednesday Banquet Deal 👏

Every Wednesday 5pm-8pm we will have an array of discounts for you so that you can make your midweek meal even more merry 🍻

This means while we pack down and prepare for our relaunch in our new premises that we're back to teas and coffees ☕

Our Cocktail Of The Week is the Pineapple Upside Down!

This fruity favourite uses vanilla, pineapple and cherry to create the nostalgic flavour of a pineapple upside down cake 🤤

Also available from our dessert menu is the Cherry Bakewell, as well as the punchy Long Island Iced Tea, classic Tom Collins, and one from our very first launch - The Tartan Tiki.

I have exciting news - We are upgrading!

After a fantastic year of serving from our minimalist Man Cave style bar, I am excited to announce that we are on to bigger things!

The Cut & Corkscrew has been playing with the idea of opening after salon hours for a while now, and we've decided that NOW is the time. Obviously this means the bar and the selection must grow...

While we make these big changes our stock will be limited, but this is a great time to keep your eyes peeled for promotions while we sell off all the old stock in preparation for a whole new rebrand 🙏

Introducing Asahi to The Cut & Corkscrew - Japan's number one b**r brand. Famously known for pioneering the "Karakuchi" (super dry) taste profile, Asahi is brewed using a proprietary yeast strain (Asahi #318) and high attenuation fermentation, resulting in an ultra-clean, dry finish that does not linger.
