Just to let a lof of you know that don't already know, the Heather is closed and is being demolished next year for commercial outlets . The same that's been done on rosslyn street next to the bank. Not the same people but the same idea. A lot of messages asking why it's closed and people trying to book parties. The brewery sold it in June. Cheers Rab

The brewery has sold the White Heather to a Development company last week. So I have decided that this weekend will be my last weekend open. Thank you to all the regulars (you know who u are) and to everyone that's came in over the last we while. Gonna miss you's all but am sure a will see you in other pubs. Micky mad yaks crazy £3 a pint this Friday. Carla on Saturday night and phil booth finishing the weekend at 5pm Sunday. Come along and see me this weekend.
