GÅRD is BELVAR´s own restaurant brand represented at five locations around Europe; Amsterdam, Gdynia, Brussels and Oslo – and the new restaurant at Moxy London Heathrow. A rollout of 50 new restaurants over the next 5 years is the plan.
GÅRD is low cost gourmet served in high quality environment. High quality fresh food are prepared and cooked on site with locally sourced produce.
An open kitchen concept encourage customers to sit and watch the food being prepared and cooked by real chefs. GÅRD provides breakfast, lunch, dinner and even Room service in some of the restaurants, connected to our hotels.
