Treat Mum to a relaxed, memorable dining experience with us – delicious food, great drinks, and time well spent together.

Due to the overwhelming number of takeaway orders we received on our last big event, we’ve made a small change to ensure our dine-in guests receive the experience they truly deserve.

👉 Mother’s Day Takeaway Times:
• 5:00pm – 7:00pm
• 9:00pm – 10:00pm

We will only be accepting takeaway orders during these time slots. This allows our team to focus on delivering the best possible service to those celebrating with us in-house.

Last night wasn’t the standard we hold ourselves to, and for that, we sincerely apologise.

As many of you know, this was our first major busy event since opening, and while we were incredibly excited to welcome so many of you, we were unfortunately massively let down by staff at a crucial time. On top of that, we were completely overwhelmed by the volume of takeaway orders, which stretched our small team beyond capacity.

That’s not an excuse — it’s an explanation. The responsibility ultimately sits with us, and we’re truly sorry to anyone who experienced long waits, delays, or anything less than the service you expect and deserve.

We’re already reviewing what went wrong and putting measures in place to make sure we’re better prepared next time. We’re committed to learning from this and coming back stronger.

Thank you to everyone who showed patience, kindness and support despite the challenges. It genuinely means the world to us as a new business finding our feet.

We appreciate you, and we’ll do better 🤍
